This will drive ever-greater stability and consistency of service across the technology estate as we drive towards optimal Customer and Employee experience.

About the role:

• L3 Endpoint Technical Lead - ETS, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that cater to the needs of employees, enhancing productivity, collaboration, and user experience within Thomson Reuters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business units, to understand the organization\'s needs and requirements for employee technology services.
• Design and implement strategies to maintain and optimize endpoint infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance, security, and user experience.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management, including device inventory, tracking, and retirement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint-related issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.

About you:

• 8+ years proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Endpoint Management role in a medium to large-scale organization.
• Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, particularly Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Jamf Pro.
• Proficiency in designing deployment solutions and systems, including understanding design patterns, architectural styles, and support requirements.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, such as AzureAD, Intune, and JAMF Pro, and understanding their various services, deployment models, and architectural patterns.
• Experience integrating software solutions with existing systems, such as enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party services, using various integration patterns and techniques.
• A thorough understanding of various technologies, platforms, and tools related to employee technology services, such as device management, communication and collaboration tools, desktop operating systems, productivity applications, desktop virtualization, and virtual machine management technologies.

Shift Timings: 1:30PM to 10:30PM IST.

Location: Hyderabad (preferred) / Bangalore.
