Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on a solution in SCCM for software audit; Define solutions in line with strategic direction provided by the client
• Production of Roadmaps; Production of Guidelines and Processes; Support SCCM infrastructure servers.
• Providing support on troubleshooting of SCCM client related problems.
• Patch Management on those sites which are penetrated in SCCM
• Patch Management on those sites which are penetrated in SCCM.
• Preparation of packages and deploying said software packages using SCCM without user intervention, without giving pop-up to users and system reboot etc.
• Software patching through SCCM for workstation clients.
• Prepared SCCM weekly dashboard; Troubleshooting with related log files.
• SCCM Client installations through client push, manually & Group policy.
