Define or Review architectural standards and processes

Drive performance analysis and optimization efforts Help set and fulfill the engineering hiring plan for the team including sourcing, screening, and interviewing Represent the team in engineering and product meetings

Work with teams across StarClinch to ensure a seamless user experience for our clients as well as vendors

Keep abreast of the changes in the industry and champion new technologies and development processes within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Professional Full-time experience building and maintaining complex software on a cross-functional team. (preferably in a fast-growing start-up).
• Python and Django, PHP and Laravel (since we have our product modules in both).
• Strong database skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent).
• You're an incessant problem solver; the tougher the problem gets, the more fun you have.
• You love to own end-to-end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production environment, and finally monitoring.
• Technical know-how in MS Azure, AWS, and GCP is desirable.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, project, and time management skills.
