Responsibilities Any graduation with excellent communication both verbal / non-verbal Min of 5 years working experience in any IT domain (Networking or Server or VMware or Cloud or Security) handled minimum 2 or multiple International Clients Handson Experience in Date Security & Audit knowledge Developing a process / sop / runbook/ gap analysis / escalation matrix for both domestic and international Should have liaison with Pre-sale and Post-sale team for Project Implementation Willing to work in US Shifts Qualifications Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects. Defining a new strategy to implement the project. Providing training for the team members Preparing MIS Reports/ Dashboard Responsible for completing the calls with the defined SLA. Manage the team shift roster support for 24/7 Planning for IT Infra is based on the needs of the clients. Collaborated seamlessly with multiple teams to maintain day-to-day operations. Provide first-line technical support to end-users via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing system). Participation in weekly team meetings and creating project plans. Ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritizing, escalating, and Resolving incidents and requests.
