Position Summary: As a Technical Lead at Digiclarity Global Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of Workflow and US healthcare tools that address the unique challenges of the US healthcare RCM landscape. You will lead a talented team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors and leverage your technical expertise to drive the successful execution of our product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: To hire, lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of workflow tools and US healthcare tools that meet the highest quality standards. Product Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end development process, including hiring or referring and building a team of UI Designer, Front End Developer, and stack Developer and also gather the requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment, for healthcare solutions tailored to the US healthcare RCM market. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide coaching and support for skill development and career growth. Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to define technical strategies that align with business goals and market needs in the US healthcare domain. Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of healthcare products. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality assurance, code reviews, and testing to deliver robust and reliable software. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and delivery. Compliance: Ensure that US healthcare products comply with relevant healthcare regulations, data security standards, and industry best practices. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of product architecture, design, and development processes. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience ( 7 to 10 years) in software development. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring technical teams. Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, and familiarity with web and mobile application development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern software development practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps) is a plus. Understanding of healthcare data privacy and security requirements and In-depth knowledge of US healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices in the US healthcare context will be an added advantage.
