Job Title: Technical Lead
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: Australia (Sydney)/India (Bangalore) - Opportunity to immigrate to Australia after 8-18 months
Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA
Roles and Responsibilities:? You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance. This is a predominantly hands on role that will be developing new features to our customers which meet the needs of our business. As a leader within the team, your role also encompasses improving engineering practices, coaching and uplifting our agile processes and providing technical direction on key projects and initiatives. You will be leading technical decisions across projects and responsible for solutioning, developing, deploying and supporting our platforms.
Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of Java experience - experience writing and developing enterprise systems in Java
• Experience leading the development of technical initiatives
• Exposure to large scale applications (Spring, Hibernate) and message broker (ActiveMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with AWS (or cloud technologies) and Relational Database
• Experience with CI/CD and automation pipelines
• A sense of ownership of technical projects and improvement of engineering practices
• Computer Science / Engineering related degree, or equivalent extensive relevant experience
• Desirable \xe2\x80\x93 Experience with React JS / Golang / Terraform
• You continually automate manual processes to drive efficiency
• You are a person who continually self learns and improves your technical skillsets
• Are curious, tenacious, creative and a great team player
