Primary Skills: 7-10 years of experience including 5+ years in Facets Development/Migration projects Should have good understanding of Config Migration, Data Migration and Interface build activities for FACETS. Knowledge in Product Configuration/Benefit Configuration/Claims modules of FACETS is desirable Technical leadership to project teams to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues. Understanding solution architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions. They must have strong hold on designing, integrating and managing complex infrastructure solutions. The professionals will assist in planning and support processes and adhering to best practices. Should handle anything related to web server and application server administration and web applications deployment experience Roles and Responsibilities Analyze the functional requirements for FACETS migration activities and come up with efficient way of implementing in accordance with the solution architecture Take up complex development activities and deliver the best quality solutions Able to guide other junior developers on the team to deliver their tasks on time Establish common standards and practices that will promote efficiency, security, and uptime across the organization. Collaborate with Principal and Solutions Architects to define technology standards, environmental definitions, and deployment methodologies. Participate in technology solutions design process and projects analyse functional and non-functional requirements provide subject matter expertise when evaluating applications for upgrades or modifications select technology and design partner with operational and IT leadership to communicate areas of change during system upgrades, migrations and conversions. Development: Skilled in interfacing with application development teams and leading discussions where necessary. Skilled in participating in and/or contributing to the development of an SDLC process knowledge of development frameworks and their applicable uses strong understanding of database technologies and their impact on systems design demonstrates ability to perform basic development to assist in the rapid prototyping of ideas/concepts. Business Analysis Knowledge: Skilled to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
