Identifying Opportunities (early information) and turning them into Prospects
Driving the bidding process, converting Prospects into Projects ensuring bids are technically and commercially sound
Delivering commercially robust projects and quality outcomes for Clients to budget on schedule through project teams
Managing risk and commercial performance on the projects.
Promoting technical assistance project delivery across the wider business and collaborating to deliver
Working effectively with the Account leader / Resource Manager and the Sector/Practice Leaders to bring the right resources to deliver the project to the Client’s satisfaction and meeting Mott MacDonald’s profit or contribution targets
Running appropriate meetings with client and senior level management involvement
Addressing client’s issues and fulfilling their aspirations on sustainability
Candidate Specification Desired Qualification and Experience
PGDMA / MBA from a reputed institute; graduation in core engineering discipline will be preferred
Prior work experience with donors and international funding agencies is must
Experience of providing Technical Assistance services across sectors is must

Job Profile Critical role for building and maintaining Mott MacDonald’s relationships with our clients (federal agencies) for Technical Assistance services to strengthen the capacity of grant recipients and improve the performance of grant functions / management of grant program. Responsibility includes, planning the accounts, and building a client centric experience. The Specialist - TA will be expected to provide all support to win great work, grow the account of IFI Technical Assistance to maximise opportunity for Mott MacDonald, and be accountable for the delivery of excellent projects. He/ She will provide support ensuring that client’s projects are delivered to time, cost and quality and that Mott MacDonald is commercially successful. The Specialist - TA will play a lead role in gaining trust with our clients and key stakeholders. Where appropriate he/she will work with and support Key Account Leaders where a client is complex and requires the attention of more than one Mott MacDonald Division or Unit.
