Artwork Flow is a platform by Bizongo for AI-enabled creative management that helps brands make intelligent creative decisions.

Artwork Flow is used by brands across industries such as Food and Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Chemicals, Consumer goods, and more and is growing at a rapid pace. We function as a startup within Bizongo and we are looking to onboard driven individuals in our team, as we start expanding our presence to North America, Europe and other global markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of customers\' technical support, service and infrastructure issues on Artwork flow.
• Manage implementation projects, where you would be expected to plan and implement workflows on the customer side before and after sales.
• Expected to take support escalations from the region and help the customer facing teams from time to time.
• Expected to be available to be on call when contacted by premium support customers for P0/P1 customer impacting issues during non-operational hours.
• Create and facilitate communication channel between product management, engineering and customer teams in AF.
• Proactively update customers about updates, upgrade and ensure necessary action to maintain availability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide virtual product training and walkthroughs to Support customers.
• Proactively monitor reporting and customer happiness scores and work towards improving them.
• Help develop and maintain best practices for implementing and supporting AF products in both internal and customer-facing Knowledge Bases.
• Act as a techno-functional consultant and provide recommendations on process to drive product adoption.
• Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.
