MFP Printers installation & HW troubleshooting Working with Backup Software\'s MAC OS / WIN Sever OS /VM Ware installation & HW troubleshooting Working with 365 Exchange / OneDrive / SharePoint Video conference Setup & basic knowledge of troubleshooting Working with ZOOM, MS Team, Cisco WEBEX, Google Meet, DUO, Skype, Blue jeans, Goto Meetings, Facetime. Working with Domain / Network / Firewall Tally ERP solution WIFI/ Access point troubleshooting CM CISCO Voice call & IP phone basic attend and troubleshooting SQL basis knowledge for Kaba access/ Surveillance ctrl troubleshooting.
