Design & Planning Phase: Instrumental in finalizing the process flow, equipment selection, and specifications to avoid design pitfalls.
Australia Interface: Initial 6 - 8 months coordinate closely with technology providers, plant designers, and laboratories working on tailings sample test work in Australia.
Engineering & Execution: End-to-end engineering responsibilities, liaise with business partners and oversee site construction and commissioning.
* O&M Phase: Post plant commissioning, spearhead operation and maintenance of the recycling plant including tailing mining.
