Job Description

We are hiring on an urgent requirement for the profile of Technical Customer Support for a leading Architectural Hardware and Security Solutions company.Location- GurgaonRoles & Responsibilities-

  • Taking responsibility for customer complaints and seeing them through to
completion.
  • Conducting research, diagnosing, debugging, and identifying solutions to system
problems.
  • Adhering to standard protocols for escalating unresolved concerns to the correct
internal teams.
  • Ask customers specific questions to get to the root cause of the issue quickly.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Behaviors to display
  • Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully
navigate changing priorities
  • 2-3 years of experience in Technical Customer care support
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
