Responsibilities Write and edit technical content, such as user manuals, product specifications, and technical white papers, for a variety of products and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and subject matter experts, to gather information and understand complex technical concepts Analyze and organize complex technical information into clear and concise language that is easy to understand by the target audience Create and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all technical documentation Research to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry Review and revise existing technical documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines Participate in the development of technical marketing materials, such as case studies, data sheets, and white papers Use content management systems and other tools to publish and manage technical content on various platforms and channels Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in technical writing, computer science, engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a technical writer or a similar role, with a portfolio of technical writing samples Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise language Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Experience working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and develop technical content Proficiency in using content management systems, such as WordPress, and other tools for publishing and managing technical content Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
