For the telecommunications industry, professional technical documentation is a crucial, integral element of every product that allows our customers to build, manage, and troubleshoot their network.
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
What you will learn and contribute to
We are looking for technical writers in the area of English language, communications, computer science, information technology, telecommunication (or an equivalent qualification) who would like to learn more, practice and gain real work experience on planning, designing, and executing items in own area.
You will work together with other customer documentation specialists, technical writers, and Subject matter experts, to create product documents for our global customers to be able to effectively operate their mobile networks.
As a technical writer with a good command of the English language and excellent writing skills, your technical interest as well as your information gathering skills will prove invaluable, as you work together with technical experts on complex products.
