Technical Consultant

Location: Pune (Remote working available)

Status: Permanent, Full Time

Why are we hiring an Technical Consultant? We\'re on the hunt for an Technical Consultant as part of our company\'s growth.

This role work closely with implementation, development, project management, sales, and quality management staff the Technical Consultant provides analysis and support services to assist with the deployment and maintenance of Accel platform and the migration of customer\'s data.

What are you responsible for?

• Responsible for Accel deployment, configuration, and networking using our standard validated process

• Assist with Accel testing - planning through to execution

• Development of migration plans and standard scripts for migrating data and permissions and execution of the plan for customers

• Stay up to date with the very latest in technological developments

• Ensure adherence to our documented Quality Management System in all tasks associated with this role

• Provide technical assistance to Instem Support teams on both technology and application related support issues

• Adherence to the Company\'s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Broad knowledge and experience in computer systems and technologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Solution orientated

• Thinks originally and creatively

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in computer science advantageous

• Proven background in installing proprietary software on Windows server based platforms (2012, 2016, 2019)

• Experience with Cloud technology including containers, Kubernetes, and Docker preferred

• Experience with both Windows and Linux file systems and permissions
