RI SSD International Remote implementation team who is responsible for remote installs and upgrades for RI install base. To succeed in this role, you?ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• 5+ years? experience in enterprise-wide IT server and system deployments. Experience in implementing, supporting, and managing Microsoft Windows virtual server environments
• Ideal candidate must have Technical Bachelor's Degree or related industry discipline or equivalent related experience / education
• Working knowledge of installation and configuration of Windows Server 2008 thru 2019 virtual machines in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on knowledge of management and administration of VMware vSphere / ESXi 5.x / 6.x
• Experience with Powershell or VMware PowerCLI scripting
• Able to troubleshoot connectivity across networks in a VMware based environment
• Practical experience with working on HPE, IBM, Dell brand servers and san-based environments running VMware
• Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, storage, and General IT problem solving.
• Network knowledge of default gateways, virtual LANs, static routes, and IP network address space.
• Use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Using a CRM to support and document details of customer interaction
