Voiant is hiring Technical Consultants (Anaplan & other cloud technologies) to join its team in India, to complement our teams in US and Canada. The Work Help clients modernize their processes by consulting with internal and external teams to understand strategy and goals, then managing your teams\' workflows Find Enterprise Performance Management (EPM - sales, finance, HR, supply chain) solutions for clients and share leading practices across the industries, such as banking, insurance, retail, technology, products, and resources Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility Create strategies and digital journey maps that use machine learning to improve operations and refine processes (sales & revenue operations, financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, workforce planning & human capital analysis) Walk clients through digital transformations, help them find untapped growth vectors and/or operational efficiencies Interact with middle to senior management levels at a client, and/or within Voiant Support new business by contributing to thoughtful proposals and sales interactions with prospects Stay on top of current regulations, best practices, trends, and technologies influencing EPM powered by advancements in digital, data and AI Here\'s What You Need Experience working on Anaplan platform; Model builder & Solution Architect certifications Preferred 2 years\' technology consulting experience preferably with a global consulting firm, working with North American client base Preferred 2 years\' experience with sales transformation, revenue operations, finance modernization, HR or supply chain platforms including operating models, supporting organization structures, process architecture, data architecture, or quality engineering Solid project / engagement management experience including defining scope, estimating work effort, setting project timelines and milestone, driving deliverables, identifying risks, managing issues, and client relationship management Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document, and understand the big picture that ultimately drive client requirements, priorities, and ROI Strong competence in developing executive level presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong interest to be an expert in EPM technologies. This may include but not limited to Anaplan Board, OneStream, EPM Cloud, Tableau, Workday, Salesforce or similar EPM & BI platforms Ability to document interfaces, data flows and map processes Ability to multi-task / contribute to more than 1 project at a time Proven passion for digital, data, and AI - this drives your thirst to learn and excel in SQL, R, python, and new and emerging data methods (such as data fabrics) Excellent communication & story telling abilities to amplify your influence Bonus Points If You have experience leading global projects and/or distributed teams You have got a master\'s degree or another type of advanced degree in relevant field JOB CODE: 1000001
