Responsibilities - Bidding on outsourcing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. - Generating Cover letters - Generating quality leads - Developing proposals for prospective clients - Developing sales goals for and ensuring they are met. - Helping team members to develop their skill - Should be fluent in English verbal and written communication - How to Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities. - A good Grip for creating a bridge with Technical aspects while handling leads. - Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients. - Work with the team to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit growth. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset creation and development (How to solve disputes & try to give best efforts to maintain the relations again)
