Technical Architect - Product Engineering (Java-based Tech Stack) JOB LOCATION: 100% REMOTE DURATION: 12-24 + Months FTC PAY RATE: 3.5 - 4.5 Lakhs Per Month Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly-skilled Technical Architect proficient in building scalable, high-performance systems and adept at DevSecOps principles. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to solve abstract problems, and expertise in designing and implementing complex, Java-based software solutions. In this role, you will lead our product engineering efforts, ensuring our software solutions align with business requirements and are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. Essential Job Functions: Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, high-performance software solutions using Java and its related technology stack. Demonstrate exceptional leadership by managing the product development team in all technical aspects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications, adept at dealing with and solving abstract problem statements. Make high-level design choices and dictate technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Perform code reviews and maintain high-quality code. Design and implement scalable data models and database architecture, understanding the importance of performance optimization. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business domain and enterprise technology strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and software engineers, to ensure our solutions meet client needs. Implement and promote DevSecOps principles and best practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), automated testing, and proactive monitoring for security threats. Identify, analyze, and resolve system performance and scalability issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software architecture and Java-related tech stack. Qualification & Experience Requirements: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. AWS solution architect certification A minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years as a Technical Architect, primarily in Java technologies and developing complex and highly scalable systems. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams. Experience in handling and solving complex, abstract problems. Deep understanding of the Java ecosystem, including experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, etc. Proven expertise in building scalable and high-performance systems. In-depth knowledge of database architecture and design with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with DevSecOps methodologies, including CI/CD, automated testing, security monitoring, and incident response. Experience in Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes. Understanding of cloud-based solutions and experience with AWS cloud platform. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Desired Skills: Certifications like Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar would be a plus.
