The Technical Analyst (Service Delivery) role provides an opportunity to work closely with clients and the customer success team on a specific set of accounts. The TA will work closely with a Consultant or Senior Consultant in the team on multiple client accounts and support the day-to-day operational items. The Technical Analyst should be able to understand the scope and business requirement of the individual deliverables and should possess an analytical mindset. He / She is expected to be a quick learner and will eventually take ownership of the ongoing maintenance of the account by handling Change requests and incidents to the client’s satisfaction in a timely manner, with minimal supervision. The Technical Analyst would be supported by the Consultant /Senior Consultant in the team on the SA skillsets, Ad Ops skills etc.
