The Technical Analyst (Service Delivery) role provides an opportunity to work closely with clients and the customer success team on a specific set of accounts. The TA will work closely with a Consultant or Senior Consultant in the team on multiple client accounts and support the day-to-day operational items. The Technical Analyst should be able to understand the scope and business requirement of the individual deliverables and should possess an analytical mindset. He / She is expected to be a quick learner and will eventually take ownership of the ongoing maintenance of the account by handling Change requests and incidents to the client’s satisfaction in a timely manner, with minimal supervision. The Technical Analyst would be supported by the Consultant /Senior Consultant in the team on the SA skillsets, Ad Ops skills etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Consultants/Senior Consultants/Customer Success team on the requirement gathering, understanding issues and work on the platform modifications.
• Handle client configurations in our platform and leverage SQL skills for data analysis.
• Collaborate with product and other engineering teams for product enhancements, bug fixes, product migrations etc.
• Learn new technologies/product stacks and provide training to other associates on these topics.
• Build strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect with peers within the Portfolio and across teams.
• Help manage the client Configuration documents in a clean, concise, maintainable fashion.

QUALIFICATION

• Up to 2 years of hands-on Development/Support experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Good grasp of SQL Queries/Shell scripting.
• High-level awareness of industry and domain trends in ad-tech is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience in an Ad Technology, Digital Publisher, or Digital Agency environment is desirable.
• Willingness to quickly pick up new technology or product area and create key business outcomes in that area.
• SOFT SKILLS:
• Must be a team player and Self Motivated.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflict
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to constructive feedback and readiness to adapt to changes.
