Role And Responsibility :
Individual Contributor Role :
- Implement the project management platform by collaborating with the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool implementation lead for initial software configuration and communicating with project teams to collect and analyze information about business processes
- Clarify design expectations, develop functional requirements, build project templates, and understand workflow needs to design, configure, and successfully deliver the platform across business units
- Prepare and conduct user training, manage users, and support new employee onboarding
- Maintain and administer the EPM platform by providing insight and input on system capabilities, processes, and best practices
- Generate custom reports (e.g., project status, budget, metrics, and resource allocation), and create standard and customized dashboards to produce critical insights for executive and leadership reporting and decision-making
- Actively lead conversations regarding use cases and capabilities, and solicit user feedback and suggestions
- Promote integration with existing tools and reporting to streamline processes and accelerate project/reporting delivery
