Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Present, demonstrate, and explain product features and technical specifications to clients. Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions based on their needs. Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial agreements. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to address customer queries and technical concerns. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to expand the network and enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field) or equivalent. Prior experience in technical or industrial sales is preferred. Strong understanding of technical products and solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as required. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
