• Work with project lead and clients to help them determine how best to use Sentry FW products for them.
• Gather and translate client business requirements for integration/customization.
• Develop all processes and tools for Sentry implementation lifecycle and identify all defects and provide an efficient interface with all departments.
• Support the client through all phases of the implementation project.
• Monitor all implementation requests and assist team and Project manager(s).
• Basic understanding of cyber threats and how to protect against them.
• Monitoring security access. Developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures
• Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and evaluate all implementation for team.
• Collaborate with system integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements and Train and consult with new and existing clients.
• Conducting security assessments through vulnerability testing and risk analysis
• Analyzing security breaches to identify the root cause.
• Maintain and update documents which meet audit requirements.
• Verifying the security of FIs and collaborating with them to meet security requirements.
• Seek opportunities to update skills and industry knowledge to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relations.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in technical discipline, business communications, computer science or three years of work-related experience
• 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience performing security analysis services (preferably in the financial industry)
• Server and network Security and Compliance exposure
• Strong knowledge of common elements of security architecture such as firewalls (Sophos, Cisco, Fortigate), intrusion prevention, and monitoring products
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
• Should have worked with Customers/Accounts Globally and should have worked on IT projects.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including follow-up and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
• Have strong verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experienced in handling stringent SLAs.
• Ready to work in 24/7 environment.
• An approach to your work that is self-directed and highly motivated.
• Ability to learn independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability to assess risks, adequacy of controls and impact on business processes.

What would be great to have:

• Experience with financial industry audit requirements
• Strong knowledge of applications - Microsoft Office products, web training tools
• Strong people management skills
• Exposure to PCI\\US Banking regulatory requirements
