Job Title Tech Lead, Cyber Security Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing monitoring , alerting, reporting and evaluation systems to measure the health and effectiveness of Access management products and services. Responsible for conducting data analysis, continuously evaluating the health of our systems Communicating with internal and external teams to maintain a stable environment. Qualifications and Experience Strong understanding of the principles of managing monitoring and evaluation systems Strong understanding of data collection methods and analysis. Expert in one or more tools that collect and analyze monitoring data. Expert with monitoring tools with at least 5 years experience using Splunk and Dynatrace at a Power-user level. Experience with other tools will be considered, but at least one of the two (Splunk/Dynatrace) is required. Very good systems understanding - Unix/Linux, Networking, Storage etc. Ability to create dashboards for visualization, understand the metrics being gathered and how to present them effectively to a range of audiences - engineers, operations and management. Strong scripting language experience like unix shell scripts, python etc. Cloud experience will be a big plus.
