What does a Senior Production Developer do The Senior Developer works as the primary contact for technical support of the Finxact Core as a Service platform. The Senior Developer will provide technical support to clients, partners, and other Finxact team members to analyze, triage, and correct software application issues. What You Will Do Work with clients and partners to understand their implementations and gain a breadth of knowledge in cloud-based SaaS implementations and technologies Lead and mentor a team of production support developers, distribute work and monitor progress Work with business analysts, engineers, and other system users to understand their application issues and correct them Identify defect trends and conduct root cause analysis to proactively improve upon application quality What You Will Need To Have Bachelor\'s degree or commensurate experience 7+ years of Financial/Banking Industry experience Hands-on experience in Core Banking processes and Software Hands-on experience with Golang Hands-on experience with RESTful services, Swagger, SQL, JSON data interchange, and GIT Thank You For Considering Employment With Fiserv.
