Java Tech Lead We are looking for an experienced Java technical lead to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery. The Java technical lead will facilitate requirement analyses, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks. To be successful as a Java technical lead, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies. Ultimately, a top-notch Java technical lead should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills. Experience: 8 years \xe2\x80\x93 12 years. 9 10,00,000 \xe2\x80\x93 9 12,00,000 LPA Key Responsibilities:

• Overall 8+ years of software industry experience with 5+ years of managing cross-functional software projects in the BFSI space.
• Prior experience with scalable, high performance Architecture
• Provide cross-functional coordination with engineering, product & Intra/inter-team communication.
• Prior experience with Lending and Loans Management System
• Good understanding of technology stacks
• Good Analytical skills to understand the business opportunities
• Understanding of business and ability to assess short-term and long-term impact.

Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Ability to write clean, modular, reusable, scalable, efficient, well documented, and unit tested code to solve business problems
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, design patterns and good problem-solving, skills.
• Preferred knowledge in Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Git
• Familiarity with multi-threading, asynchronous environments, memory management, networking, caching, performance optimization, and security would be a plus.

Desirable:

• Degree in engineering, information systems or related.
• Extensive experience in the IT industry.
• Sound knowledge of estimation techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of C#.Net and web services.
• Sound knowledge of Java technologies.
• Good understanding of unit testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Education UG: BE, B. Tech in Computer Science/Programming Language/BCA PG: MCA (Preferrable) Doctorate: Not required. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9605,960.30 - 91,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
