Job Title Tech Lead, Business Systems Analysis

:

• Discovery team participates in sales to conversion calls, requirement gathering from client, data mapping between legacy product and portico product, query support to ETL team and final validation of data prior to go live.
• Conduct Discovery workshops and product assessments.
• Under general supervision, analyze and determine conversion requirements and provide conversion specification to programming.
• Interpret client\xe2\x80\x99s existing systems, workflows, and processing parameters.
• Work in late night shift to provide overlap with US working hours.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• B. Tech/MCA

Job Related Experience \xe2\x80\x93

Essential

• 7 to 9 years of experience in Conversion/Implementation of Account Processing core.
• Excellent knowledge of banking terminologies (like checking/savings, IRA, Sharedraft, ACH, Loans)
• Understanding of financial products (worked as a BA in financial product)
• Good Analytical mindset
• Should have good understanding of activities performed in conversion/implementation of core Banking application.
• Good knowledge in writing SQL commands, queries and functions
• Proficiency in MS-Excel skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

• Experience on Account Processing core is a plus
• Exposure to Banking and Financial Services industry with a good understanding of Banking Products, Services & Procedures

• Leadership and mentoring skills.
