In this role, you\'ll help build the technology responsible for our integration services. Your work will influence the success of companies across the world. Members of our Technology team are experts in the field, working to evaluate and improve today\'s systems while building tomorrow\'s. As an Implementation Consultant Advisory, you will be responsible for onboarding and rolling out of new clients on our standard integration platform. You will be required to work directly with the client to perform these implementations, consult on the product suite and / or discuss application design. You will also be responsible for early engagement with Project/Implementation managers from other Fiserv teams and/or clients, identify/help clear roadblocks, negotiate deadlines, define priorities with implementation engineers, and manage risks. Essential Job Responsibilities: . You will perform software support and implementations for Fiserv\'s clients via telephone, e-mail, and web-based contact channels. . Deliver professional and timely client/internal communications regarding current implementation/support cases. . You will thoroughly track, organize and document all product and support related activities. . You will develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices. . Handle mission critical projects during and after implementation. . Minimal travel may be required . Perform other duties as assigned Product Leadership . Partner with Product Management to understand the product vision and develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and help to set key business objectives for the product. . Collaborate to execute on the product strategy that incorporates the need for modernization, stability, and onboarding new users to the cross-cutting technology services (e.g., APIs, microservices). . Remain in constant engagement with client partners and product management to ensure alignment and that needs are met. . Provide continuous direction and support to product team to ensure success. . Accountable for the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of Product Backlog across multiple teams. . Consider stakeholder interests and negotiate priorities. . Collaborate with cross functional team including Solution Architects/Engineers to understand the architecture. . Reviews and accepts completed user stories from the Agile Team. . Ability to encourage an open exchange of information and viewpoints. . Foster a sense of urgency to achieve customer goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles. Agile Leadership . Participate and facilitate in Agile ceremonies with Agile Teams . Provide vision and direction to agile development team(s) and stakeholders throughout the product development process . Collaborates with team to define \'definition of done\' and \'definition of ready\' for product backlog items . Develops relationships with stakeholders and customers to enable feedback loop . Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint . Partner with Scrum Master across the teams to ensure overall team success . Keep abreast with Agile best practices and new trends Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: . 10+ years of relevant experience . Financial industry experience . Strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects to meet deliverables by expected due date . Analytical skills to assess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirements . Work on multiple projects in parallel . Excellent communication skills including written and verbal . Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with good follow-up skills and attention to detail . Proficient in computer systems and personal computer use . Knowledge of business methods and practices in the financial services industry is highly desirable . Ability to work independently and collaboratively . Creative problem solving skills . Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. . Ability to exercise appropriate judgment/decision making skills to ensure client success. . Initiate and or attend troubleshooting sessions during regular and after hours when needed on priority . Work with internal teams on process improvements . Manage priorities within and across projects based on a faced paced culture while continuing to focus on quality of deliverables . Incumbent may coach, cross-train, strain, assist, and in general help others as assigned The travel requirements will be minimal (less than 5%). However, there may be business needs for travel (to client locations and other Fiserv locations) and hence some flexibility is expected.
