Job Description

Gain deep understanding of license spend drivers and track the movements in the cost prediction shared by Product teams. Manage day to day activities around vendor management including opening POs, share accruals to Accounting teams each month-end. Actively liaise with Sourcing, FP&A and Product teams on upcoming renewals of licenses and engage with teams to drive this to closure Monitor spend against budget at each license level and flag discrepancies ahead in time Build and maintain controls that help with early visibility into consumption-driven spend. Effective hosting cost management by proactively working with account owners in identifying accurate cost forecasts and active coordination with Finance teams on monthly current estimates of the Hosting spend. Skills Required: Data Management Financial Reporting: Ability to monitor spend against budget, track license spend drivers, and report discrepancies. Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong skills in tools like Google Sheets, Excel - managing data, creating reports, tracking vendor payments, and sharing accruals
