Handling service related requests and documentation requirements of customers across Wholesale Banking Businesses
Liaising with clients, Relationship team, Legal; Credit; Technical Team, CAD; Operations etc. for timely execution of deliverables and smooth resolution of issues
Preparation, Issuance and verification of sanction letter, facility and security documents
Coordination with customers for timely and seamless execution of documents
Ensuring compliance of post-disbursement formalities such as pending documents, covenant fulfilment etc.
Job Requirements:
3-8 years of relevant experience,
Working knowledge of mortgages and legal documentation
Strong communication and Ability to Influence/relationship Management Skills.
Go getter attitude, Solution-oriented, Ability to handle pressure
Strong Analytical skills, Eye For detail.
Eligibility:
Spent twelve months (applicant for same grade role)/eighteen months (applicant for next grade role) in the same division function role location.
Applications can be made for roles in same level or one level above.
