Job Description


Job Role:

  • Handling service related requests and documentation requirements of customers across Wholesale Banking Businesses
  • Liaising with clients, Relationship team, Legal; Credit; Technical Team, CAD; Operations etc. for timely execution of deliverables and smooth resolution of issues
  • Preparation, Issuance and verification of sanction letter, facility and security documents
  • Coordination with customers for timely and seamless execution of documents
  • Ensuring compliance of post-disbursement formalities such as pending documents, covenant fulfilment etc.
Job Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience,
  • Working knowledge of mortgages and legal documentation
  • Strong communication and Ability to Influence/relationship Management Skills.
  • Go getter attitude, Solution-oriented, Ability to handle pressure
  • Strong Analytical skills, Eye For detail.
Eligibility:
  • Spent twelve months (applicant for same grade role)/eighteen months (applicant for next grade role) in the same division function role location.
  • Applications can be made for roles in same level or one level above.
