Job Description
Creation PO – Manual and Oracle system
Preparing MIS for PO creation on monthly basis
Creation and updation of PO/AMC tracker and follow up for closure
Creation and updation of PO/ARC tracker and follow up for closure
Creation and updation of Agreement tracker and follow up for closure
Vendor Empanelment – need to check feedback from industries
Vendor Performance – monthly or Qtrly basis
Sharing PO with Zone or vendor as per requirement
Monthly MIS for PO / AMC / ARC / Agreement and other function* The template is be-spoke, based on requirement.
Analysis ( Receipt to PO).
Amendment of PO/Contracts
Laisse with Internal stake holders, Zones, CREM, APPC and Legal.
Training to Zones on ongoing basis (BAU)
Process note/policy/guidelines as and when required
Knowledge on the new process or change request as and when needed.
