: As a Team Member-Process in our Loans Against Gold department, you will play a vital role in facilitating loan applications and managing the end-to-end process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless and efficient customer journey, from application to disbursement. You will work closely with customers, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the loan process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Process loan applications against gold, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Conduct thorough customer due diligence, including verification of documents and gold valuation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each loan application.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on their loan status and address any queries.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to assess loan risks and make informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in the collection and recovery process for overdue loans, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Generate and analyze reports on loan performance and customer trends.
  • Provide support to the sales team by offering product knowledge and assisting with customer inquiries.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of loan processing and underwriting practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
