: As a Team Member in IT Vendor Management, you will be an integral part of the SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO Head team, working closely with various stakeholders to oversee and enhance the bank's IT vendor ecosystem. Your primary focus will be to negotiate and manage contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and drive strategic initiatives to optimize IT operations.
Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and finalize IT vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of IT vendors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, fostering a collaborative environment for successful project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the bank's IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT requirements and translate them into actionable vendor management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all IT vendor engagements.
• Monitor and analyze IT vendor performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
• Develop and implement a robust vendor management framework, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key vendor performance indicators and recommending optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT vendor management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful contract negotiations.
• Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in using vendor management tools and platforms for efficient contract and performance management.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to IT vendor management.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving process improvements and innovation.
• Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
