- Tele caller should be good in sales where Top up has to be pitched to the client.
- Where Field Visit is mentioned Retention officer has to go and meet the client and attempt retention.
- Require tele callers who have good knowledge of LAP Product and who can understand customer concerns and can address issues of the client
