Role

As the Team Manager - New Model development (Engine & Frame Assembly) you will be part of the Project Engineering and will report to the Section Head - Project engineering(CIT)

The purpose of your role will be to analysis the new design manufacturability, work in co-ordination with designer and project engineering team and propose changes in design for easy to manufacture and easy to assemble of new models and to study the changes impact on pre assembly processes (Sub assembly, paint shop, weld shop etc.) so that issues can be address pro-actively to smoothen the final assembly

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Study of proto drawings and provide feedback to designer.

2. Participation in New models R&D events .

3.Co-ordination with R&D and Project Engg. Team to Implement NPD Schedule development work.

Academic Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech-Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engg.
