\xe2\x80\x93 Service Engineer: Non Motor EW Claims Qualification: Any Graduation/Diploma Preferred Industry \xe2\x80\x93 Appliances Service / Mobile Service Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Customer service in Home Appliances or Mobiles, Service Network Management and SLA\xe2\x80\x99s management. Function \xe2\x80\x93 Non Motor EW Claims Experience \xe2\x80\x93 6 years Level \xe2\x80\x93 Senior Executive Designation \xe2\x80\x93 Service Engineer: Non Motor EW Claims Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Will report to Network Head \xe2\x80\x93 Extended Warranty Non Motor Location \xe2\x80\x93 Mumbai & Delhi NCR
Role:
- All Risk Claims Management that includes providing technical decisions, ACS Control & Risk Minimization.
- SLA monitoring & TAT management.
- Preparing MIS reports.
- Customer Grievance Management.
- Manage service backend activities.
