Job Description



  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Service Officers to address requests/complaints received from clients for all for Retail Asset Products (Eg: Home loan / LAP/Personal Loan). \xe2\x80\xa2Address all Service Request /Complaints and ensure all requests/complaints are closed within TAT \xe2\x80\xa2Digital Adoption for all Retail Asset Clients \xe2\x80\xa2Achieve Cross sell Targets set as per KRA\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\xa2Quality of Service Request and Resolution as given to customers. Job requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2Some experience in Customer Service would be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2Believes in team work \xe2\x80\xa2Taking ownership of customer issues and taking them to end to end resolution \xe2\x80\xa2Apply best practices and focus on areas of improvement \xe2\x80\xa2Focused towards achievement of own KRAs \xe2\x80\xa2Building rapport and coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring customer requests are addressed on time. \xe2\x80\xa2Proficiency in WORD and EXCEL/PPT preferred Eligibility: \xe2\x80\xa2Spent twelve months (applicant for same grade role)/eighteen months (applicant for next grade role) in the same division function role. \xe2\x80\xa2Applications can be made for roles in same level or one level above.
