Job description
Managing CSR related activities:

• Monitoring of CSR Projects by conducting financial audit/verification of financial data at the project location/office of the implementing agency
• Assisting in development and execution of CSR projects
• Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders

Managing payment and related activities:

• Vendor onboarding & Managing payment process for Bank and group companies for CSR (incl. Kramaan in Bank)
• Payment tracking for current as well as project managed through Unspent Accounts for bank as well as group
• Tracking admin and ineligible payments for CSR function
• Responsible for all payments done to the CSR partners and vendors
• Supporting in MIS for CSR function as well as documentation for audit
• Maintain MIS of Payroll Giving programme along with co-ordination with HR and Payroll department of Bank and group companies
• Ensure full transparency over the project implementation performance of the team, through periodic reports and dashboards.

Job Requirements

• Masters qualification in commerce or equivalent from a reputed institution OR MBA in Finance.
• 8- 10 years of experienced as an Independent Accountant, preferably in the NGO/social impact agency and/or educational sector. Should be comfortable setting up and leading a small team
