Executive Summary:
? The Function reports into Process Lead - Central Services, CREM.
? Manage Corporate Car Procurement, Sales & Transfer.
? Timely Insurance Renewal of Corporate Cars.
? Ensure accurate record-keeping of all Transactions and Proper Database Management.
? If you have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
In this role, you will:
? Process New Corporate Car Procurement, Car Sale & Car Transfer in coordination with Vendors & Employees.
? Database Management.
? Follow up with Dealership & Employees for Invoices Collection.
? Multiple reconciliation in Coordination with HR & Insurance Companies
? Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
? Develop and maintain positive relationships with Internal/external customers, providing exceptional customer service.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams on confirmation of work completion.

Essential skills and qualifications:
? Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Operation.
? Bachelor's degree.
