Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Completion of each Branch audit within stipulated time allotted for Branches.
- Completion of special audit study as and when instruction given by HO within time.
- Undertake field -level audits, and identify fraudulent practices.
- Ensure that major observations/high risk audit findings are reported immediately over phone or mail instead of waiting till final report.
- Proactively identify the risk & process lapses and distinguish the cause due to failure of system or person.
- Preparation and issuance of the audit report with detailed findings during the field and back office audit.
- Share the audit findings to his Reporting Manager and Guide them for proper compliance the issue.
- Submission of Audit Report in time to reporting authority.
- Analyze the portfolio quality and suggest improvements.
- Preparation of monthly reports and major / high risk observations summery.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Relevant experience in audits of retail asset branches / loan centers (not retail liability branches.
- Minimum Qualifications : Graduate or Postgraduate (B.Com/M.Com Preferred)
