Responsibilities:

  • Managing Customers queries via - Voice, Email, Walk-ins & Escalation
  • Ensuring the SLAs target to be achieved
  • Managing the cross - sell team - generating Leads and following up for the closure of the leads generated
  • Managing all the channel through which leads are accumulated
  • Managing MIS of Inbound call center & cross sell team
  • Co-ordinating with different stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing Call Centre SLAs
  • Must have handle team - minimum team size of 20 team member
  • Should have good Excel knowledge along with Power-point presentation
  • Good command over language
