Key Responsibilities
Product Knowledge & Preparation
Know all Kannu Ki Chaimenu items thoroughly (ingredients, taste profile, preparation steps).
Prepare tea using the
KKC Tea Maker
following standardized recipes and quality norms.
Operate the
fryer
safely and prepare fried accompaniments (e.g., snacks) as per product standards.
Consistently maintain food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
Check product freshness and notify supervisor of any stock issues.
Customer Handling
Interact cheerfully and professionally with customers.
Answer customer questions about menu products, preparation methods, and ingredients.
Handle customer feedback or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary.
Engage customers with product recommendations when appropriate.
Kitchen Operations
Operate
kitchen equipment
including tea maker, fryer, prep counters, and other appliances in a safe, hygienic manner.
Assist in general food preparation: washing, cutting, setting up ingredients, and plating.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations throughout the shift.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Inventory & Equipment Maintenance
Restock supplies and ensure ingredients and disposables are ready for service.
Report equipment malfunctions or kitchen hazards immediately.
Clean and sanitize kitchenware, utensils, and equipment regularly.
Teamwork & Communication
Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen team for smooth order delivery.
Support colleagues during peak hours to ensure timely service.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
Comfortable interacting with customers.
Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment (tea maker, fryer, basic appliances).
