: Req ID [[59866]] [[Hyderabad]], India Your Tasks : Project and people management for Infrastructure and tooling for multiple projects related to C# Python, Java, Databases, MBSD etc. Hands on experience and knowledge of tools used of Requirement Management, Version Management, Static Analysis for the code Support on hiring and continuous coordination with counterparts for all projects. Technical mentorship, people leadership,onboarding of new joiners and handling team dynamics and keep good bonding within team. You will work with multiple teams to design and improve the core components of our Simulink product line with better modularity Be flexible and work in a completely dynamic & agile environment Be a persistent, creative problem solver, good team player Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new and improve the products Your Profile: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mechatronics / Automotive Electronics / Electrical Electronics / ENTC 10 plus years of experience in application development using Model based Software Development tool chain and atleast 3 years experience into people management incl performance. Experience working with MATLAB - Simulink, Stateflow, TargetLink, TPT , MES and other tools Good understanding and hands on experiences with relational databases.
