Position - Sales Team Lead/ ManagerExperience - 3-6 yearsLocation - Gurgaon (5 Days WFO)Ideal Candidate :- Preference given to people with experience in holiday Sales with a travel company- Must have a strong experience of managing a holiday sales team - Must have strong domain knowledge and is able to instill confidence in sales teamKey Responsibility Areas:- Ownership of sales targets individual/team- Manage sales team for B2C Channel (both International sales: Long Haul & Short Haul)- Maintain a daily rigor of sales and drive the sales from each team member- Undertake a review on frequent basis to ensure sales performance as per plan - Drive growth and improvement through people development- Regularly coach and develop team members- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales Desired Attributes:- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills- Process and data Orientation - Strong analytical skills to define operations- Demonstrate personal drive to learn and evolve (ref:updazz.com)
