Monitor and control
shrinkage
and ensure process accuracy.
Handle
client coordination
and build strong working relationships.
Support
call collaboration
and guide team members during escalations.
Manage stakeholders effectively and provide timely updates.
Prepare and analyze reports using
Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic dashboards).
Ensure process compliance and maintain quality standards.
Identify operational issues and provide quick solutions.
Assist in training new team members and improving workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to lead teams and manage performance.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
