Supervising and Managing a Team:

Overseeing a group of telecallers, providing guidance, and ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

Meeting Performance Targets:

Setting and monitoring individual and team goals, and taking corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved.

Maintaining Call Quality:

Ensuring calls are handled professionally and efficiently, adhering to established quality standards.

Coaching and Motivating:

Providing regular feedback, coaching, and motivation to team members to improve their performance and productivity.

Training and Onboarding:

Training new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.

Reporting and Analysis:

Analyzing call data, identifying trends, and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Communication:

Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members, other departments, and management.

Problem Solving:

Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues raised by the team.

Ensuring Adherence to Regulations:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to telemarketing and data privacy.

Resource Management:

Effectively managing the team's resources, including time, tools, and technology.
