Job Description
: . Analyzing distribution Portfolios. . Analyzing and identifying risk associated with provided documents for the assigned file. . Constructing conceptual data and process models for the risk identifications and discrepancies. . Identifying root causes and derive corrective actions to meet short & long term business requirements. . Verification of Non-Discrepancy checks of Original Property papers pertaining to Mortgage Loans - LAP for disbursing the loan. . Tracking Post Disbursal documents. . Publishing the PDD reports to the branches and to the management. . Follow up with branched for PDD Reports. Graduate or Post Graduate in any other field . 4 - 6 yrs experience in relevant business. . Good communication and pleasing personality. . High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm. Roles and Responsibilities: . Responsible for Process efficiency. . Responsible for risk identification and Quality standards. . Managing Timeline Objectives.
