Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 10-15 sales professionals across assigned projects and micro-markets.- Maximize revenue via both mandated and non-mandated projects in the residential segment.- Handle end-to-end site operations, from managing staff to ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.- Act as the single point of contact for developers and internal teams on active projects.- Develop and expand the Channel Partner network across Ahmedabad- Liaise with the marketing team to design and execute area-specific campaigns and launches.- Drive project onboarding by leveraging strong developer connects and local network.- Monitor, train, and evaluate team performance regularly.- Ensure timely billing and collection of all sales transactions.
