The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading, guiding, and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive overall business growth. This role requires strong leadership, customer handling, and automotive sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of Sales Consultants to meet or exceed sales targets.
Assist team members in closing high-value or complex deals.
Monitor daily activities, lead follow-ups, and enquiry handling.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure proper documentation, vehicle delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments like Finance, Insurance, and Delivery for seamless operations.
Track and improve enquiry conversion ratio.
Provide product knowledge and sales process training to new sales staff.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
Report daily/weekly/monthly performance to the Sales Manager.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred)

Must possess a valid Driving License (both two-wheeler & four wheeler mandatory)
Working knowledge of MS Excel and DMS/CRM software
