Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Manage daily sales activities and allocate leads among sales executives.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining professional interactions and addressing queries.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the local area.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for sales executives.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to the Sales Manager/Showroom Manager.
Ensure adherence to company policies, showroom standards, and compliance requirements.
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks/finance partners, and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on competitors, new vehicle launches, and market trends.
